About Me

I was born in Texas and have lived here most of my life. As the younger sister to 4 brothers, I learned to be independent at an early age. Surrendering my life to the

Lord Jesus at 28 was a radical shift for me and definitely changed the direction

I was headed.

I worked as an Orthodontist Assistant for 10 years. I saw how improving a patient’s smile could transform one’s life physically. I discovered that when I had conversations on a more personal level, I felt in some small way, I was making a difference. I began to see the potential for transformation in other areas of their lives.

Once I was married and began my family, I left that career and started working part time at a church in the Woodlands, TX. Though my title was coordinator and an administrative assistant for the church nursery, I was again drawn to opportunities

to engage with parents and co-workers on heart-to-heart matters.

More and more I could see that God had created me to love, encourage, and care for others in a unique way. People began coming to me more and more for advice, prayer, and help.

During that time, I became a certified counselor through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). More recently I received certification as a Christian Life Coach through the International Christian Coaching Association at Light University.

Throughout the last 2 decades, the Lord has given my husband and I numerous opportunities to counsel couples and individuals. He is also now certified as a counselor through AACC as well.

I enjoy spending time with Jesus and His Word, spending time with my husband, family, friends, and our church family as we grow and worship together, listening to good music, traveling, reading (biography’s, motivational and self-growth Christian books) and watching good movies in my spare time.
